These two white oak beds were built for Tom's twin daughters. The wood grain runs continuously from one bed into the other as a matched set. The ribbon grain oak is bookmatched for an awesome pattern.

This was fabricated from mahogany, walnut, and hard maple. The wood runs all the way through the table top, turned pedestal, and the base. This specific table was shipped to a customer in New Mexico.

Solid Wooden Baseball Bat

Solid Wooden Baseball Bat

The World's Largest Solid Wooden Baseball Bat was in The Guinness Book of World Records in 1998 & 1999. Unfortunately, the category was removed from the book in 2000, but the record still stands. The bat, turned from a solid cypress log, measures 12 ft. 2 in. long, has a diameter of 11 1/4 inches at the handle and 14 inches at the barrel, and weighs 280 pounds. Completed in June of 1996, the bat was made by Thomas Timm, his father Russ, and his son Joshua.

We have the machinery, tooling, and expertise to make a wide variety of architectural millwork. We can do short runs of tongue and groove flooring, solid wood doors, large diameter and long turnings, and timber frame components.

ITALIAN ARTICULATED BANDSAW

A new purchase at the IWF2018 show in Atlanta, this saw can cut large radius' up to seven feet and also decorative scroll work on large pieces that won't fit on traditional bandsaws.

WIDE BELT SANDER

​

One of the largest wide belt sanders available for hire in South Carolina lives in the middle of our shop. We can easily flatten table tops, countertops, island tops, and most live edge slabs in this machine. With three heads starting at eighty grit and finishing at one hundred fifty grit, your pieces will come out perfectly flat and ready for final polishing. Let us save you hours of labor, flattening large pieces by hand.
